Nootie Daily Dog Freshening Spritz is completely safe to use with topical flea and tick products. Ingredients: Purified water, SDA 40 alcohol, nonoxynol 9, polyquat 7 (conditioner), glycerin (moisturizer), with essence of Japanese cherry blossom, preservative.
